An RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is a Web feed format used to publish frequently updated pages, such as blogs or news feeds. RSS delivers its information as an XML file called an "RSS feed,"Webfeed," "RSS stream," or "RSS channel."

Instructions
- You will need to either write this HTML code by yourself, have someone do it for you or dowload software that creates feeds for you without having to deal with the HTML code part of it.
- Item-The entire feed will be located beween these two entries: at the beginning and at the end.
- Title-The title of your feed will be the second entry after between:
- Description-The description of your feed will be the third entry after Your description here.
- Link-The link of your feed will be fourth entry after between:Your link here.
- You can also enter in additional information, such as language or time. Just remember to enter additional information in the same format.
- Channel-The channel needs to be entered at the very top (before ) and very bottom (after ) of the feed:Everything else.
- Finally you will need to designate the file by indicating it is an XML file by inserting xml defining tags at the very beginning or (before ) and the rss defining tag at the very end (after ).

- Once you are finished, go to your podcast Web site and submit it.
Tips & Warnings
- If you are not familiar with HTML code, there is software that generates the code for you after you have entered the information.
- Be sure you have entered the code correctly or the feed will not work properly.
